Terms of Service


Please read this blurb and feel free to ask any questions before booking for the avoidance of doubt and potential disappointment:


• Refunds unavailable on Pre-Paid Class Training Initial Block

• Follow-On Blocks to be confirmed on Class week 7 and paid for no later than the day of Class week 8

• All Blocks of 8 Classes to be redeemed within 12 weeks of term time

• Attendance for Pay-As-You-Go training must be no less than one Class per month


• Please ensure your dog is wearing an appropriate collar and lead that is safely fitted

• Flexi-leads, full-check choke chains and other items considered inappropriate will not be permitted

• Please note that dogs must not attend classes in the park either until a week after their second vaccination or at their veterinarian’s recommendation

• Please agree to keep up to date with routine preventative healthcare noting that positive titre test results are acceptable

• Please be prepared for all weather conditions, wear appropriate clothing & footwear at all times and provide waterproof, thermal or cooling coats or mats for your dog if necessary

• Please bring cold, fresh water in a travel container for your dog as taps and bowls may not always be available

• Please bring a variety of rewarding food and toys for your dog to assist with training

• Please appreciate that every time a dog or person joins a group, the dynamic of that group changes therefore please try to arrive on time to prevent unsettling the group

• Please ensure that all handlers, regardless of age, are fully capable of undertaking responsibility for your dog in your presence or your absence from class, with your full consent

• Please comply with the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 by ensuring you have means of clearing up after your dog at all times

• Please ensure that all waste is appropriately bagged and disposed of, noting there are no bins at indoor venues so any waste must be taken away with you for disposal

• Please recognise the Control of Dogs Order 1992: Every dog while on a highway or place of public resort shall wear a collar with the name and address of the owner inscribed on it or on a plate or badge attached to it

Please note that under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991, if a dog is dangerously out of control, then the owner, or person in charge of the dog is guilty of an offence

• Please advise Rachel Worley of any displays of aggression shown by your dog, or any changes in health, behaviour or temperament prior to the start of a class

• Any verbally or physically abusive behaviour towards dog or people will not be tolerated


• When attending online sessions please exert the same care and safety measures as when you are training within a Class as no Instructor is physically with you and cannot be held responsible for accident / injury caused to you / your dog or by you / your dog

• Class Courses within Combos to be redeemed consecutively

• Consultations within Combos to be booked at time of Combo purchase and if cancelled can be postponed for 30 days without charge

• Consultations and Care subject to surcharges across Christmas, New Year, Easter and Bank Holidays

• Fees for Care to be paid on the 1st of each month for all dates required that month and are unable to be transferred without 14 days notice

• All fees exclusive of car parking charges
